As all Eden&Ivory products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Each item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at helloedenandivory@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Digital products (Printables) Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded.
EU customers Under EU consumer law, custom and made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. As all our products are made to order, this exemption applies.
